@Chase @SubaruCustCare Rarely have I been so enraged as when I tried to pay my lease. Chase web site takes me repeatedly thru a loop of agreeing to terms but won't let me make payment, same for Chase app. Trying to find phone number for payment was crucifying.

@Chase ‘Your new cashback offer’ - pretty rubbish really, I especially like the phrase ‘pay in£500to your Chase current account(excluding internal transfers)’ is that meeting customer expectations? I doubt it! Crap terms for a bank account service that is not fit for purpose

@Chase Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. It's frustrating when you're not treated with respect and your concerns aren't addressed properly and when a financial institution doesn’t honour what was promised . #poorservice

this is pretty absurd, stop doing business with @Chase they are a fraudulent institution, in less than one month , they stole a $1,500 check, closed a $36k account and are writing letters that they have resolved the issue, this is fraud and unless the compensate i am sueing

@Chase @ChaseSupport There is no clear direction to any 24/7 customer services. Waited on-hold for over an hr with account issues only to find out offices were closed and the rep on the call was no longer working. This is the type of service you provide to customers?!
